GENERAL AND OPERATING TERMS
SUMMER: EQUIPMENT RENTAL AND SPORTS ACTIVITIES
Rental of sports equipment: Prior to rental the client shall present a personal document confirming his/her identity. Equipment rental is charged at half-hour interval. Services are to be paid before, during or after the performed service. Sports equipment is not rented to persons under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other psychotropic substances, as well as to the mentally and physically disabled, who could endanger their of other persons' safety if they are not accompanied by their parents or authorised adult. If the client has any health problems, s/he should consult the staff of Alpinsport, Bohinjsko jezero, d.o.o. Rental of vessels is adjusted to weather and water conditions. Vessels shall not be rented to persons, younger than 15 years, if they are not accompanied by their parents or other authorised adults. Rented equipment is technically flawless (prior to rental, client can verify the condition with Alpinsport's representative), users are informed on the basic instructions for use. Rental of sports equipment is provided on the responsibility of clients, during rental, clients shall be held liable for all damages, caused on themselves, rented equipment, other equipment and items, as well as on third persons. Client participates at other activities, organised by Alpinsport, Bohinjsko jezero, d.o.o., on own responsibility. Client agrees and confirms that all personal data are collected, used and processed for marketing communications purposes of Alpinsport, Bohinjsko jezero, d.o.o., Ribèev Laz 53, namely in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1) and kept until the revocation of this statement.
Client’s cancellation or modification of order of services: Client has the right to cancel services. Cancellation should be made at a person or unit, where the services were ordered. Costs reimbursement amount depends on the time, when the client submits the cancellation. In case of cancellation, the client shall be obliged to settle the following costs: - Cancellation made 3 days to 24 hours before the assumed date of service: 10% of service price - Cancellation made 24 hours before the assumed date of service: 100% of service price - No cancellation, no participation at activity: 100% of service price
If the client cancels the service during its implementation, the client shall not be entitled to any reimbursement of costs or purchase price.
In case the terms for the reimbursement of costs are determined otherwise in the programme, the latter shall apply.
Cancellation or modification of services: Alpinsport, Bohinjsko jezero, d.o.o. shall not be held liable for any modification of programme due to force majeure that occurs during the performance of activities. In such case, Alpinsport can ensure modified services, considering the available possibilities. If Alpinsport, Bohinjsko jezero, d.o.o. cancels the order, the client shall be entitled to entire reimbursement of paid price for the ordered service. Alpinsport, Bohinjsko jezero, d.o.o. shall not be held liable for public transport means delays, and not for any modifications of programmes that would occur due to such delays. Alpinsport, Bohinjsko jezero, d.o.o. shall not be held liable for items which the client deposits during the activity or rental in the branch unit of Alpinsport, Bohinjsko jezero, d.o.o., or in the vehicle that is intended for performing the activity.
WINTER: EQUIPMENT RENTAL AND SPORTS ACTIVITIES
Rental of sports equipment, ski, snowboarding and cross-country skiing school: Prior to rental the client shall present a personal document confirming his/her identity. Equipment rental is charged at half-hour interval. Services are to be paid before, during or after the performed service. Group courses are organised if at least four (4) persons register for an individual activity. If fewer persons are registered for the group course, the course is adapted as follows: - 3 persons in a group - the course period is shortened by 25% - 2 persons in a group - the course period is shortened by 50% - 1 person in a group - the course period is shortened by 75% The maximum number of participants in a group: 10 beginners or 12 advanced persons. Courses start and finish at the ski school’s PLACE OF ASSEMBLY. The group waits for those who are late at the place of assembly for 5 minutes. When a course or individual course starts or finishes one of the parents or authorised adult should be present with course attendants, younger than 15 years. Sports equipment shall not be rented to persons younger than 15 years, if they are not accompanied by their parents or authorised adult. If the client modifies the programme during its performance, discounts from the initial programme are not transferred to the new programme, but are considered regarding the newly modified programme. Alpinsport, Bohinjsko jezero, d.o.o. shall not be held liable for public transport means delays, and not for any modifications of programmes that would occur due to such delays. Alpinsport, Bohinjsko jezero, d.o.o. shall not be held liable for items which the client deposits during the activity or rental in the branch unit of Alpinsport, Bohinjsko jezero, d.o.o., or in the vehicle that is intended for performing the activity.

Ausleihe der Sportrequisite: Vor der Ausleihe weist der Kunde seine Identität mit einem geltenden Personalausweiß nach. Die Ausleihe der Ausrüstung wird nach einem halbstündigen Intervall berechnet. Die Zahlung der Leistungen erfolgt vor, während oder nach gefertigter Leistung.
Sportrequisite werden
nicht an Personen ausgeliehen, die unter Einfluss von Alkohol,
Drogen oder anderen psychotropen Stoffen sind, an Personen mit
psychischen und physischen Behinderungen, die mit ihrer Tätigkeit
ihre eigene oder die fremde Sicherheit gefährden könnten, wenn sie
nicht in Begleitung ihrer Eltern oder einer volljährigen Person
sind, der sie in Obhut vertraut wurden. Die Ausleihe der Wasserfahrzeuge ist abgestimmt auf Wetter- und Wasserverhältnisse.
Die Wasserfahrzeuge
werden nicht an Personen unter 15 Jahre ausgeliehen, wenn sie ohne
Begleitung der Eltern oder eine volljährigen Person, der sie in
Obhut vertraut wurden, sind. Der Kunde stimmt zu, dass die persönlichen Daten gesammelt, benutzt und verarbeitet werden, für die marktkommunikative Absichten der Firma Alpinsport, Bohinjsko jezero, d.o.o., RibèevLaz 53, gemäß des Gesetzes über Schütz der Personaldaten (ZVOP-1), und werden bis zu Widerruf dieser Erklärung do aufbewahrt.
Absage oder Änderung der bestellten Leistungen von den Kunden: Der Kunde hat ein Recht auf Absage der Leistungen, die er bei der Person bzw. Geschäftsstelle erledigen kann, wo er die Leistungen bestellt hat. Die Höhe der Rückerstattung hängt davon ab, wann der Kunde eine Leistung abgesagt hat. Der Kunde ist im Fall einer Absage verpflichtet folgende Kosten zu begleichen: - Absage 3 Tage bis 24 Stunden vor dem Tag von Leistung-Anfang: 10% von Leistungspreis - Absage 24 Stunden vor Leistung-Anfang: 100% von Leistungspreis - Nichtteilnahme ohne vorige Absage: 100% von Leistungspreis Wenn der Kunde während der Programmausführung das Programm unterbricht, hat er kein Recht auf volle oder partielle Rückerstattung. Wenn die Bedingungen für Rückerstattung der Kosten wegen Absage im Programm anders festgelegt sind, gelten die Bedingungen im Programm.
Absage oder Änderung der Leistungen: Alpinsport, Bohinjsko jezero, d.o.o. kann keine Verantwortung für Änderungen des Programms wegen irgendeiner höheren Gewalt während der Aktivitäten übernehmen. In solchen Fällen kann den Kunden eine Leistung in geänderter Form gesichert werden, gemäß vorhandenen Möglichkeiten. Im Fall, dass Alpinsport, Bohinjsko jezero, d.o.o. die Bestellung absagt, hat der Kunde das Recht zu vollen Rückerstattung des eingezahlten Betrages für bestellte Dienstleistung. Alpinsport, Bohinjsko jezero, d.o.o. trägt keine Verantwortung für Verspätungen der öffentlichen Beförderung, und ebenso nicht für Änderungen des Programms, die wegen solcher Verspätungen entstehen. Alpinsport, Bohinjsko jezero, d.o.o. übernimmt keine Verantwortung für Gegenstände, die von dem Kunden während der Aktivität in der Geschäftsstelle von Alpinsport, Bohinjsko jezero, d.o.o. oder im Fahrzeug, das für die Ausführung der Aktivitäten bestimmt ist, gelassen wurden.
WINTER: AUSLEIHE DER AUSRÜSTUNG UND SPORTAKTIVITÄTEN
Ausleihe der Sportrequisite und Skischulen, Snowboardschulen und Skilaufschulen: Vor der Ausleihe weist der Kunde seine Identität mit einem geltenden Personalausweiß nach. Die Ausleihe der Ausrüstung wird pro Tag berechnet. Die Zahlung der Leistungen erfolgt vor, während oder nach gefertigter Leistung. Gruppenkurse werden organisiert, wenn für einzelne Aktivität mindestens vier (4) Personen angemeldet sind. Wenn für einen Gruppenkurs weniger Personen angemeldet sind, wird der Kurs nach folgendem Schlüssel angepasst: - für 3 Personen in einer Gruppe gilt, dass das Kurs zeitlich für 25% gekürzt wird - für2Personen in einer Gruppe gilt, dass das Kurs zeitlich für 25% gekürzt wird - für1Person in einer Gruppe gilt, dass das Kurs zeitlich für 75% gekürzt wir Die größte Teilnehmerzahl in einer Gruppe sind 10 Anfänger oder 12 Fortgeschrittene. Die Kurse beginnen und enden auf der SAMMELSTELLE der Skischule. Die Gruppe wartet auf die Nachzügler maximal 5 Minuten. Beim Anfang und Ende eines Kurses oder einer individuellen Stunde muss bei Personen unter 15 Jahre mindestens einer von den Eltern oder eine volljährige Person, der die Person unter 15 Jahre in Obhut vertraut wurde, anwesend sein. Die Sportausrüstung wird nicht an Personen unter 15 Jahre ausgeliehen, wenn sie ohne Begleitung der Eltern oder eine volljährigen Person, der sie in Obhut vertraut wurden, sind.
